Shipping Policy – ​​RR Jewellery

At RR Jewellery we treat every order with the utmost care. Our custom jewellery is made entirely to measure, carefully packaged and shipped insured as standard. Below you can read all about our delivery times, shipping methods and return policy.


1. Delivery time

  • Custom jewelry is designed and handcrafted especially for you. Average production time is approximately 4 weeks after receipt of full payment and confirmation of design.

  • Once your jewelry is ready, you will receive an email notification with the shipping information and a track & trace code.


2. Packaging & Insurance

  • Each piece of jewellery is packaged in a luxury RR Jewellery box and shipped in sturdy, discreet shipping packaging.

  • All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage in transit.

  • We work exclusively with reliable courier services such as PostNL, DHL or FedEx .

  • In case of damage or loss, we will provide a suitable solution. Processing via the carrier usually takes a few working days.


3. Shipping Methods & Costs

Within the Netherlands and Belgium:

  • Free insured shipping on orders over €500.

  • For orders under €500 we charge €9.95 shipping costs.

International:

  • Worldwide shipping is available upon request. Contact us for a quote and delivery time.


4. Delivery & Receipt

  • We only ship to physical addresses (no PO Boxes).

  • A signature upon receipt is required. Please ensure that someone is present to receive the package.

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in additional shipping costs for returns.


5. Delay

Although we strive for timely delivery, external factors (such as holidays, customs or carrier delays) may have an influence.

  • In case of delay we will keep you informed by email.

  • Delay does not entitle you to cancellation or compensation, unless otherwise agreed.


6. No returns for custom work

Because each piece of jewelry is completely custom made, returns are unfortunately not possible .

7. Size adjustment

  • Would you like to have a size adjusted after receipt (e.g. ring larger/smaller)? Then the shipping costs for both returning and resending are for the account of the customer .

  • Always contact us first via custom@rrjewellery.com before returning anything. We will then discuss the options together.


8. Damage or loss

  • Receive a damaged package? Take clear photos of the packaging and contents immediately.

  • Please contact us within 48 hours at info@rrjewellery.com .

  • We will then initiate a damage claim with the carrier.
