💠 How does custom made jewelry work at RR Jewellery?

At RR Jewellery we believe that true beauty starts with a unique design . No mass production, no standard models – but a personal piece of jewellery that is designed especially for you. In this blog we will take you step by step through how we work for your custom-made jewel.

1. 📩 Your request: a unique idea starts with you

It all starts with your wish. You can indicate what you are looking for via our application form :

• Ring, necklace, bracelet or pendant

• Gold type (18kt white gold, yellow gold, rose gold or platinum)

• Style, stones, shape of inspiration

• possible images of sketches

Our designs always start from scratch – completely unique, completely personal.

2. 📐 Design proposal & price indication

Based on your application you will receive:

• An initial design proposal (with shape, stone and setting)

• A worldwide price indication

• makes a sketch or render as an example

We use only laboratory synthetic diamonds and gemstones , certified by IGI .

3. 🖥️ 3D design & render

After approval of the design, we start with a 3D CAD design and photorealistic rendering.
This way you can see exactly what your jewelry will look like before it is made.

👉 This phase takes on average 5–7 business days.

3.5 💳 Prepayment

Once you agree with the 3D design and price, we ask for a 100% prepayment .
Because each piece of jewelry is custom made especially for you, we only start production after receipt of payment.

You will receive an official invoice and confirmation by email. Payment can be made securely via bank transfer or request via a payment request.

4. 🔨Craft production

Once you have given your approval, our goldsmiths will get to work.
Your jewelry is made entirely by hand in our studio.

⏱️ Production time: approximately 4 weeks .

We use only 18 carat gold or platinum – no compromises on quality.

5. 📦 Insured delivery & luxury packaging

The jewel is very ready, we pack it in a luxury RR box and ship it to you insured .
You will receive a tracking number and an IGI certificate of authenticity with each stone.
